The Founding Team at The Product Tree comprises of Product professionals with a cumulative experience of 23 years across Products, Programs, Partnerships, and Business Operations.

This enriching experience is spread out across sectors encompassing Fintech, E-Commerce, Ed-tech, Logistics, Healthcare across 5 geographies, and companies ranging from early-stage startups to Unicorns!
This gives the team a unique perspective to understand the key challenges faced by Product professionals across domains and industries.

Hands-on Generalist with a deep understanding of the Lending and Fintech industry with a diverse experience of 8+ years. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring Product & Program teams of varying sizes. Graduate of MDI Gurgaon.
Leading Consumer products for Incred as well as managing the stack for Credit & Risk leading products across Personal Loan, Line of Credit, Cross-Sell, and Credit & Risk stack.
Experience: Products, Programs, Alliances, Analytics, and Generalist roles across Incred, FlexiLoans, Klub, and Credit Sudhaar. Worked on Supply partnerships as well as demand programs. Worked with Nucleus Software and Dell Analytics with their Product and Product Marketing teams.
Strong hands-on understanding of entire product stack from acquisition to monitoring from a program and product development standpoint. Strong experience across Product Strategy as well as execution at ground level.

She brings in over 9 years of extensive work experience across Asia and Europe, bridging value-propositions with consumers and corporate users. Through a diverse work-ex with legacy banks to disruptive startups like Grab, N26 and presently at Rapyd ,she is keen to drive financial inclusion in APAC. Alongside proving her grit on scaling budding start-ups to global unicorns , she has also demonstrated excellence at Go-to-market success ,brand evangelisation, sales, partnerships ,global conferences and blogging. Her passion for fundraising ,building company by values and hiring for diversity is commendable.
Outside work she enjoys public speaking , start-up mentoring, community building and driving compassion management. She is a global council member of Women in payments, Ambassador for Product management festival and a RiseUp alumni. She is a yoga practitioner and firm advocate of yoga living and mental health balance. You can find her as Bairagibong on social media.

Shravan leads the user acquisition, vision statement and investment portfolio . He is responsible for bring the necessary VC acumen and capital for growth at a community level and beyond for scaling this into a full fledged brand for value creation on ground for product managers / founders.

An IIT R alumnus , he leads the K-12 portfolio of products for BYJUs alongside the new web based portfolio of products . He is a growth and product enthusiast with 5+ years of diversified experience for building products across multiple industries such as E-com (Flipkart), logistics(Blackbuck) , streaming , real estate( Times group) and now Ed-tech (Edureka and BYJU’S).

He has been a K-start and a Young India Fellow select. Also on the side- note he is a bug bounty hunter and has gotten rewards from brands like Uber and Vimeo.

An avid book reader and a believer in collective consciousness . As he says “Compassion is key to growth “ - You can find him reading the Bhagvad gita when he is free and mentoring enthusiasts in the interim
